I specialize in creating diverse architecture, focusing on unique designs tailored to each client instead of adhering to a signature style.
Each project will present distinct challenges that require adaptation to individual site environments and client needs inculding navigating local regulations. Drawing inspiration from various sources, I strive to deliver captivating and functional designs to suit each individual client that I get to collaborate with.

We are lucky to work with many talented builders day in and day out from across the country and it is great to see them getting the recognition they deserve through the Master Builder Awards. Over the past three years running the team have been awarded a gold regional medal recognizing the completed building has achieved at least 80% above the industry standard. With the design, functionality and style forming 35% of the points achieved we are happy to say we have been a part of the gold medal winning formula. We are proud to announce that we are a partner of the Selwyn District Council’s Professional partnership programme (PPP). This programme provides industry professionals with a fast-track building consent process for qualifying residentials applications. This will save our clients time and money and allow the builder to get underway sooner with the construction. Contact us today to find out more and how we can fast track your next building consent. We are currently not part of this approval system due to the recent work falling outside the programme requirements.
The New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC) is a leading organization dedicated to promoting sustainable building practices that enhance the well-being and comfort leading to a better built environment for all. As a proud member of NZGBC, I am dedicated to advocating for healthier living environments that ensure the physical and mental well-being of building owners and occupants. With innovative designs and materials, we strive to create designs that are not only energy-efficient but also foster greater comfort and resilience for our communities. Together, we can work towards a future where every New Zealander can enjoy a safe and nurturing building space. Being part of the NZGBC provides me with ongoing training and resources, keeping me up to date with the latest design initiatives and sustainable practices, so I can offer my clients the most current and effective solutions for their building needs. Luke has also been undertaking further study with the Passive house academy of New Zealand. Recently passing the certified passive house designer introduction course along with an additional course. The knowledge Luke has learnt allows his clients to have the option to design a high performance building.
